After a short training period at a law firm specialized in banking and finance law, Giacomo has developed his entire professional path at Studio Legale Gusso.

Experience: drawing up of commercial contracts, also with regard to international relationships, including supply and service agreements (also in relation to cases regulated by consumers law), agency and distribution agreements, loan agreements. Drafting of privacy documents (also with regard to data collected by means of websites). Management of out-of-courts claims, including negotiation and drafting of settlement agreements. Advice on private international law issues for the appropriate arrangement of international business relationships (from the choice of the more suitable contractual provisions - including international conventional rules such as Incoterms - to the identification of the competent court taking into consideration the need of court decisions enforcement in case of litigation). Advice on private and corporate law issues.
